ENSURE DELIVERY OF HR TASKS AND WORK IN DYNAMIC OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
HR SPECIALIST MALTA
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our team full-time in Malta Office. The job will require performing a wide scope of HR Tasks including planning, developing and advising motivational programs and retention tools.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Communicate with candidates to provide information about the company and assist in the onboarding process.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Assist in the preparation of new hire paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support the documentation of employee changes, promotions, and terminations.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and support benefits enrolment processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate administration of employee benefit programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance in addressing basic HR-related concerns.
Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing professional development initiatives.
Assist in the generation of HR reports, including employee data, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics.
Contribute to the analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the team with event organization and internal marketing schemes.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in developing and taking charge in onboarding/adaptation/career development programs.
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Fluency in Ukrainian and good command of English is a must.
Strong proactiveness, never being afraid of proposing new ideas and solutions.
Open-mindedness, bringing in innovative ideas.
Preferences
Experience in Game Development would be a plus.
Passion for games.
Knowledge of Canva, Trello.
University degree (Human Resources, Business Administration preferred) will be a plus.
+3 years of experience in HR Profession.
